Sorry this took a little longer than expected Seer.
Ok here is a link to the basics of boxing AMA and pad work. It starts with Dee explaining the target areas for scoring and basic stance, punches and movement, before progressing to very basic pad work.
~Part 1 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOGempGhbPg
~Part 2 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4InSPmDcrU
Ok once you have watched the first video "Pads 1" and practiced this a bit to make sure you are punching and moving correctly, you should be ready to move on to Pads 2, Basic combos. In this video you will see a selection of boxers kid to adult on the pads at a medium level. I have included a variation of ages so you can relate the force and movement to your age range.

Professional / serious combo fun comming soon.... |

Good stuff, Gareth...
As we discussed, this will help some of the keen members like Hodge etc... Esp if they can get a mate or two involved. |

Yeah I hit lucky with Dee calling into the gym to help out and the 3 new lads that started really worked well.
The sound isnt great but its hard to ask a gym full of boxers to be quiet while I record videos.
Thats the stage 1 and 2 done I will get some fast combo pad work etc recorded over the next week or so and upload it too. |
