Watching Julio Cesar Chavez Vs Meldrick Taylor at work.

Really should actually do some work :D

I believe that was a travesty of justice, but not all blame should be laid on the referee. Taylor's cornerman are as much to blame as the ref as they instructed him to go out and fight in that last round when all he had to do was jab and move.
After what that fight did to him, Taylor should have been awarded the victory.

My favourite fight ever. Chavez won. Taylor was brilliant too. But no travesty.

I don't think the fight was a travesty of justice but I agree with you about Taylor's corner.

Totally agree with you Barlick, no travesty. Whether in this blame society, people want to slag off Steele, or Meldricks corner, he should have known in his own head, he didn't need to take the fight to JCC in that last round.

His own fault he was stopped, but a great fight as you say.
