DAVID HAYE'S world title fight with Nikolay Valuev WILL go ahead as scheduled on November 7.
It was feared the Hayemaker would miss out on a crack at the WBA belt after John Ruiz threatened to take legal action to force Valuev to face him.
But Ruiz has agreed to step aside and let the 28-year-old Londoner take on the Beast from the East.
Chris Meyer, general manager of Valuev's promoter Sauerland Events, said: "There is absolutely no problem with the Haye bout.
"Everything has been sorted out and we have struck a deal with Team Ruiz for him to step aside.
READY TO RUMBLE ... David Haye's title fight will go ahead as scheduled
"Our attorneys are just putting it in writing.
"Once this contract has been signed, we will submit the necessary papers to the WBA by the end of this week.
"Valuev is scheduled to start his final preparations at the beginning of September."
The news will be a massive relief to Haye, who was due to face IBF and WBO boss Wladimir Klitschko in June until an injury scuppered the fight.
He then appeared to be heading for a showdown with Klitschko's older brother Vitali — the WBC champ — before announcing he had secured a shot at Valuev.
