After the fight is finished i notice the arenas tend to empty quickly by the time post fight ringside interviews take place. i was wondering if any of you know is it ok to just wander down and try and congratulate or shake hands with the winner, i would really like to meet Freddie Roach you see so thats why i am asking

You can wonder down to the ring, but you'll probably find you cannot get into the inner-ringside bit which is where all the press, trainers, fighters, tv people, etc, are...

It depends on the stadium I guess.
In the bell centre, I've been there for three fights and the press room is not too far away from the seating area.. so you may be able to sneak into there.
After the Urango Ngoudjo fight, I met Evangalista Cotto, I thought that was cool. Too bad he didn't speak English lol.

alot of people get buses etc, so no time to do that, time they do interviews and u try get down from 2nd/3rd/4th teer it can be impossible as many security wont allow u to go down , and block all access to the ring. alot of interviews last 2/3mins then the fighter goes straight to the changing rooms so time aint on ur side

You can't see much in this, but this was a video I took from my mobile phone. I was inner-ringside at Newcastle Metro Radio Arena.
Cool Mart thanks for that, yeah i doubt i will get down for a good luck tbh so will just shoot off for a night of fun, drink and foolish debauchery around Newcastle instead
In terms of where i am sitting this will give u a general idea (imagine the ring and the bit where you were sitting is in the centre)
me and my mate will be sitting in the equivalent of the 110 area
