Shane Mosley will return to the ring at the start of 2010 with a fight
against WBC welterweight champion Andre Berto. The bout, which will
be co-promoted by Golden Boy and DiBella Entertainment, will take place
in Las Vegas on January 30.

First instinct... Berto.

I think I'll keep that until fight night to be honest.

I just think Mosley has lost a year, Berto is quite quick and has a jab, which beats Mosley nearly every time.

That's how Cotto, Forrest and Winky beat Mosley. The jab.

Another good match-up in my mind.

I think Mosely knocks Berto out. I think if Collazo could get close to Berto and give him troubles, there is no reason Mosely can't and when he gets there I believe he will do damage. I've never been that impressed with Berto's resistance and I think it gets exposed in this fight.

I really don't think Berto is that great but I have a sneaky feeling he'll spoil Mosley's best laid plans.
